Mobile Yoga App Launching in July: The dedicated client app is on track for a July launch. Final builds are in testing now. Soon your clients can book their yoga classes on the go, get push reminders for upcoming sessions and waitlist openings, and reach your studio in one tap from their home screen.
More Studio Controls: A first-timer badge now flags when a client is booking their first class, course, workshop, or appointment, so you can give newcomers a warm welcome. You can also mark an appointment as private to share it through a direct link only, ideal for studio hire or sessions on request. You can also extend or adjust the expiry date of a client's pass or session pack at any time.
Refunds: Issue refunds for passes, session packs, and workshop, course, and appointment bookings directly from your dashboard. The client is refunded to their original payment method and notified by email, and if invoicing is on, a matching credit note PDF is generated automatically.
Automatic Invoices: Studios can now turn on invoicing. Every paid booking then generates a sequential PDF invoice and emails it to the client automatically, with configurable VAT rates, tax ID, and invoice numbering.
