How much does yoganear.me cost?

That's up to you. The free plan has no monthly fee and no setup fee — you pay 5% per booking, plus the standard card processing fees PayPal or Stripe charge. The paid plans have a flat monthly price and take no commission at all. There's nothing else on either.

Is the free plan really free, and is anything missing from it?

It's genuinely free and nothing is missing. Waitlists, memberships, payroll, the mobile app, the booking widget, every language — all of it is on the free plan, with unlimited teachers and staff. What paid plans change is the money: no commission on anything you sell. The only other difference is on Solo, which covers one teacher and one staff account.

What's the difference between Solo and Studio?

Seats, and nothing else. Solo covers one teacher profile and one staff account, which is the shape of a single teacher running their own schedule. Studio has no limit on either. Both take 0% commission and both include every feature.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes, in both directions. Moving up applies immediately and is prorated. Moving down or cancelling takes effect at the end of the month you've paid for, and then you're back on the free plan — nothing is deleted and no bookings are affected.

Are card processing fees included?

No. Card processing fees from PayPal or Stripe apply on top, as they do on every platform. They go to the payment provider, and your funds settle into your own connected account.

Are there any setup or hidden fees?

No. There's no setup fee, no onboarding charge, no per-feature upsell and no marketplace commission on your bookings. Personal onboarding calls are included on every plan, free one included.

Is there a contract?

No. There's no contract and no minimum term. You can set your studio up for free, run it alongside your current tool, and leave whenever you like. Paid plans are billed monthly and cancel at the end of the period.

How does the free period work?

New studios start free on whichever plan they pick: build your schedule, take real bookings and get set up without paying us anything for your first 14 days — 30 if another studio referred you. On the free plan that means no commission; on a paid plan it means billing starts when the period ends. It's a head start for your studio's own setup, not a discount you pass to members.
