No subscription. No setup fee. No lock-in. You pay 2.5% per booking, capped at $99 a month, so quiet months cost less, and busy months never cost more than the cap.
Most studio software charges a fixed monthly subscription whether you have a great month or a quiet one, and several add a transaction fee on top. We think that's backwards for a seasonal, weather-dependent, holiday-affected business like a yoga studio.
yoganear.me charges one thing: 2.5% of each booking, capped at $99 a month. There's no subscription underneath it, no setup fee, and no contract. When your studio is quiet, you pay less. When it's busy, the cap holds your cost flat while your revenue keeps climbing, which is exactly when a percentage would otherwise hurt most.
No subscription. No setup fee. No surprises.
$0
/month base fee
2.5% per booking, never more than $99/month*. All features included.
Once monthly bookings pass $3,960, every extra booking is fee-free. The busier your studio, the better the deal.
2–3 personal onboarding calls: we set up your schedule, pricing, and memberships with you, the onboarding other platforms charge setup fees for. Not live within 14 days? We finish the setup for you, free.
Try your monthly booking revenue — most studios pay less than they expect.
Your estimated monthly platform fee
$62.50*
For comparison: Mindbody runs $99–$700+/month — regardless of your revenue.
* Platform fee: 2.5% for classes, workshops, courses & appointments. 2.5% for retreats, 2.5% for teacher training, 6.5% for retail products. Payment provider fees (PayPal/Stripe) apply in addition.
The cap is the whole point. Once your 2.5% fees reach $99 in a month, every further booking that month costs you nothing in platform fees. A subscription gets more expensive as you grow, or stays the same while you're quiet; our fee does the opposite — it shrinks as a share of revenue the busier you get. That's why yoganear.me is cheapest precisely for high-volume studios.
Payments run through PayPal and Stripe, and their standard card processing fees apply on top of our 2.5%, exactly as they would on any platform. Those fees go to the payment provider, not to us, and the money settles directly into your own PayPal or Stripe account.
Many platforms pair a monthly subscription with a per-transaction fee. Because our 2.5% is capped and has no subscription beneath it, there's usually no revenue level at which a subscription-plus-fee plan works out cheaper. See the side-by-side breakdowns:
How much does yoganear.me cost?
There's no subscription and no setup fee. You pay 2.5% per booking, capped at $99 a month, plus the standard card processing fees PayPal or Stripe charge. That's everything.
What does 'capped at $99 a month' mean?
Once your 2.5% booking fees add up to $99 in a given month, you pay no further platform fees that month, however many more bookings you take. The cap resets each month.
Are card processing fees included?
No. Card processing fees from PayPal or Stripe apply on top, as they do on every platform. They go to the payment provider, and your funds settle into your own connected account.
Are there any setup or hidden fees?
No. There's no setup fee, no onboarding charge, no per-feature upsell and no marketplace commission on your bookings. Every feature is included in the 2.5% per booking.
Is there a contract?
No. There's no contract and no minimum term. You can set your studio up for free, run it alongside your current tool, and leave whenever you like.
How does the free trial work?
New studios start fee-free: you can build your schedule, take real bookings and get set up without paying platform fees during your onboarding period. It's a trial for your studio's own setup, not a discount you pass to members.

Full disclosure upfront: yoganear.me is our platform, and it's one of the platforms in this comparison. Our founder ran a yoga studio in Glasgow, used Mindbody the entire time, and researched every competitor while building yoganear.me. Here's what we actually think about each option, including where ours falls short.

It's March. The January rush has evaporated. Your evening vinyasa is back to six regulars and a lot of empty mat space. And then you see the same software bill you paid eight weeks ago when the studio was packed. Something about that maths doesn't sit right.
