Eversports is a strong platform, and across the German-speaking world it is often the default: a polished studio manager paired with a busy consumer marketplace. It supports several European languages, handles automated teacher payroll, and genuinely brings studios new students through its app. If a monthly subscription suits how you budget, it earns its place.
yoganear.me is built on a different model. There is no onboarding fee, and you choose what you pay: the free plan takes 5% per booking with no subscription, or a flat monthly plan takes no commission at all. Neither has a booking ceiling. Everything a yoga studio needs is included on every plan: classes, passes, memberships, workshops, multi-week courses, and teacher payments across four models with substitute handling.
The honest difference is focus. Eversports serves studios, gyms and sports facilities of every kind; yoganear.me is built for yoga and the way yoga studios actually run. Here is a fair, side-by-side look at how the two compare.

No onboarding fee, and no month where you pay a subscription and a commission at once: 5% per booking on the free plan, or a flat monthly plan at 0% — instead of €49 to €249 a month plus a €99 setup fee.
There's no tier to outgrow: the €49 Light plan covers only 49 bookings a month, so a studio running two or three classes a day can climb to the €119 Accelerate tier within weeks — paid every month, busy or quiet. No plan here has a booking ceiling.
Costs flex with your revenue, so a quiet month genuinely costs less rather than billing the same fixed amount every month.
Built for yoga, not all sports: classes, passes, memberships, workshops and multi-week courses are first-class, with four teacher-payment models and substitute handling included.
8 student-facing languages and 30+ currencies built in, so international students and teachers just work.
No marketplace commission today, and if we add one it will only ever apply to brand-new students our own directory brings you, never to the clients you already have.
You pay one thing, not two. The free plan has no subscription and takes 5% per booking; the paid plans have a flat monthly price and take nothing per booking. Whichever fits your month, you're never paying a subscription and a commission at the same time. Card processing fees from PayPal or Stripe apply on top, as they do with any platform.
Is yoganear.me a good Eversports alternative for a yoga studio?
Yes, if you'd rather not pay a subscription and a commission at the same time. Eversports is a capable all-sports platform with a subscription from €49 to €249 a month plus a €99 onboarding fee. yoganear.me is built for yoga: start free at 5% per booking, or take a flat monthly plan with no commission, with every yoga feature included on both.
Is yoganear.me cheaper than Eversports?
For most small and mid-sized yoga studios, yes. Eversports bills a fixed monthly subscription (€49 to €249 a month by tier and billing) plus a one-time €99 onboarding fee, and the entry tier caps you at 49 bookings a month. Our free plan costs nothing per month and takes 5% per booking; our Solo plan is €39 a month with no commission and no booking limit. There's no setup fee on either.
How much does Eversports really cost a small studio?
More than the €49 headline suggests. That Light price assumes you prepay for the year and covers only 49 bookings a month. A small studio running two or three classes a day can pass that in the first week, and around 100 bookings a week puts you on the €119 Accelerate tier — billed every month whether you're busy or quiet, and paying monthly rather than yearly costs more again. Here there is no tier to outgrow: the free plan takes 5% per booking however many you take, and a paid plan takes a flat monthly price and no commission.
Does yoganear.me charge a marketplace commission like Eversports?
Not today. Eversports charges a referral fee of 25% on a new client's first marketplace bookings, capped at €75 per person, when its marketplace brings you that client. yoganear.me charges no marketplace commission right now. We may add a similar capped fee in future, and like Eversports it would apply only when our own directory brings you a brand-new student, never to the clients you already have.
What does yoganear.me do for yoga that Eversports doesn't?
It treats yoga as the whole product rather than one sport among many. That means class schedules, passes, memberships, workshops and multi-week courses, teacher payments across four models with substitute handling, and 8-language student-facing booking, without the court-booking and multi-sport tooling a yoga studio never touches.
Can I switch from Eversports without losing my students?
Yes. Your students follow you, not your software. Export your client list and schedule from Eversports, set up yoganear.me, and share your new booking link. Most studios complete the switch in under a week, and many run both side by side for a few days during the move.
Make the switch in an afternoon
Set up your studio for free and start taking bookings. No credit card required, no contract, and no monthly fee unless you choose one.

Full disclosure upfront: yoganear.me is our platform, and it's one of the platforms in this comparison. Our founder ran a yoga studio in Glasgow, used Mindbody the entire time, and researched every competitor while building yoganear.me. Here's what we actually think about each option, including where ours falls short.

It's March. The January rush has evaporated. Your evening vinyasa is back to six regulars and a lot of empty mat space. And then you see the same software bill you paid eight weeks ago when the studio was packed. Something about that maths doesn't sit right.
