Set up monthly or recurring memberships and let them renew automatically through PayPal or Stripe. Students see their membership in the app, and an expired or cancelled membership simply can't book, with no manual checking at the door.
When a student cancels, access runs to the end of the period they've paid for rather than cutting off mid-cycle, so the boundary is clean and disputes are rare. You decide how memberships work; the system holds the rules for every booking.
Class passes that count correctly
Sell class packs (a 5-class pass, a 10-class pass, whatever fits your studio) and every booking deducts one credit. When the pass is used up or reaches its expiry date, it stops working, so nobody rides a finished pass.
You can set how long a pass stays valid, and adjust a specific pass's expiry when a student has a genuine reason. Students track how many classes they have left right in the app, which cuts down on "how many do I have?" messages to your inbox.
Intro offers that convert newcomers
