Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Gentle Hatha Yoga, Gentle Flow Yoga – Renew and Rebalance
A full day workshop (10am-4pm) where we will explore elements of yoga to help us renew and rebalance ahead of Spring. Sessions include slow Vinyasa flow, yoga nidra, Yin yoga, Restorative yoga, pranayama (breathwork) and meditation. The session will conclude with a joyful sound bath from Tony Young. A light lunch and snacks, tea/ coffee/ water is included.
