The Sunday Sessions: Women’s Circle

Women have been gathering in circles for thousands of years, and this is a modern take on that. No awkward icebreakers, no forced sharing, and you absolutely do not need to be spiritual, know your moon sign or have ever set foot in a women’s circle before. You can come alone (lots of people do), come with a friend, talk loads, say very little, laugh, cry, have a revelation or simply enjoy two hours where nobody needs anything from you.

Each circle is centred around a different theme and combines guided conversation, reflection, journalling and simple rituals, with plenty of space to actually connect with the people around you. The intention is to create something we’re increasingly missing in modern life: real community. A place to gather regularly, have conversations that go a little deeper, meet new people, be listened to without being fixed and leave feeling lighter, more connected and a little more like yourself.

Everything shared within the circle is confidential, we listen without judgement or unsolicited advice, and sharing is always an invitation rather than an obligation. There is no right way to participate in circle. Just turn up exactly as you are.

This is an intersectional space welcoming all women and non-binary people who feel comfortable gathering in a women-centred circle. If that feels like you then you’re so welcome here.

What do I need to bring?

Nothing! Just yourself. We provide refreshments, snacks, yoga mats, bolsters and blankets, plus all the worksheets, pens and materials you'll need for the session. Feel free to bring extra water and extra cushions if you like.
