Heka Living light is a pristine technology devoted to remembrance, sovereign truth and empowered surrender, lived through your body. Nothing is forced, it only needs embodied surrender and your body will start to remember your inner light.
By opening this magical portal for everyone who is ready to meet themselves more fully, I truly intend to support you to awaken your multidimensional gifts, higher consciousness and aliveness, allowing you to life in pure connection to your higher truth and oneness. Each Heka living light transmission is unique, when the living intelligence awakens, it moves through your energy channels in the body and through the whole energy points in your body. This includes your physical, emotional, mental, energetic and spiritual bodies. It can bring divine order into your system, it allows your nervous system to safely release, what is ready to release.
In this two hour journey, I will introduce HEKA to you, I will guide you into a gentle meditation to then let the journey begin, where music will guide you and I will hold the energy field. After the transmission I will gently guide you back by meditation and we will have a sharing circle in the end.
This is a moment in your life, where you can simply surrender and allow your own inner intellegence to guide you. It is a rememberance. A return to the essence of who you are. HOW TO PREPARE YOUR BODY & ENERGY
• Wear light, comfortable clothing that allows you to relax and move freely.
• Avoid heavy meals at least 2 hours before the session.
• Refrain from alcohol or recreational substances/drugs for 48 hours before — this allows the energy to flow clearly through your system.
• After the session, give yourself time to rest, integrate, and feel. Spend time in nature, journal, move gently, or meditate. Your sensitivity may be heightened. Be present with what arises.

This is not a transmission from me to you, I will gently guide your own energy to move through your being. This living light will flow through you and you can trust that you will receive exactly what your soul is ready for.
