I am dedicated yoga and art practitioner with strong sense of community as well as devoloping sense of I.
I hold space for Amorphous Ritual like a riverbed – steady enough to support the flow, spacious enough to welcome whatever emerges.
Amorphous weaves together yoga, intuitive dance, and reflective writing into one living practice.
For me, these three practices are Medicine. They carry me through seasons of joy as well as moments of uncertainty. Through movement, breath, reflection, and shared presence, I continue finding my way back home to myself. It is a privilege to witness others finding their way home too.
When I'm not at Kayana, you'll probably find me wandering through second-hand shops in search of forgotten treasures, painting mandalas beside an oversized pot of jasmine green tea, sharing a strong coffee with a dear friend, or chasing waterfalls – both in nature and within.
