My path into teaching began with yoga, breath and meditation practices that taught me to listen inward and move with greater awareness. Over the years, living and studying in different parts of the world, including India and Colombia, deepened my understanding of how movement, intentionality and ritual shape body, mind and spirit.
I am a 500h RYT yoga teacher and was initiated in Kriya Yoga in the Himalayas, a lineage that continues to inform the depth and intention behind my teaching. Alongside yoga, Pilates and dance became important anchors for me, helping translate subtle awareness into grounded embodiment.
Outside the studio, I’m drawn to nature, deep conversations and experiences that invite both slowness and aliveness. I’m expressive by nature and love to sing, make music and explore new ways of moving through the world.
