How to Use the Zoom Integration

Connect your Zoom account to automatically create meetings for your online yoga classes, workshops, and courses.

Connecting Your Zoom Account

  1. Navigate to Policies & Integration > Online Meetings in your studio dashboard

  2. Click the "Connect Zoom" button

  3. You will be redirected to Zoom to authorize the connection

  4. Log in to your Zoom account and approve the authorization

  5. You will be redirected back to your dashboard once connected

Using Zoom for Online Events

  1. When creating a class, workshop, or course, select "Online" as the location type

  2. Choose "Zoom" as the video provider

  3. A Zoom meeting will be automatically created when you save the event

  4. Students will receive the Zoom join link in their booking confirmation email

  5. Meeting details are automatically updated if you change the event time

Removing the Zoom Integration

  1. Navigate to Policies & Integration > Online Meetings in your studio dashboard

  2. Click the "Disconnect" button next to your connected Zoom account

  3. Confirm the disconnection in the popup dialog

  4. Existing meeting links will continue to work, but no new meetings will be created automatically

  5. You can also remove the app directly from your Zoom account at zoom.us/profile
