How to Use the Google Meet Integration

Connect your Google account to automatically create Google Meet links for your online yoga classes, workshops, and courses. Note that free personal Google accounts limit group calls to 60 minutes; a Google Workspace plan removes that limit.

Connecting Your Google Account

  1. Navigate to Policies & Integration > Online Meetings in your studio dashboard

  2. Click the "Connect Google Meet" button

  3. Sign in with the Google account whose calendar should host your classes

  4. Approve access so we can create and manage the class events on your calendar

  5. You will be redirected back to your dashboard once connected

Using Google Meet for Online Events

  1. When creating a class, workshop, or course, select "Online" as the location type

  2. Choose "Google Meet" as the video provider

  3. When you save, an event with a Google Meet link is added to your Google Calendar for every session

  4. Students receive the Meet join link in their booking confirmation email; since they are not on the calendar invite, Meet asks you to let them in

  5. The calendar event is updated automatically if you change the event time, and the link stays the same

Removing the Google Meet Integration

  1. Navigate to Policies & Integration > Online Meetings in your studio dashboard

  2. Click the "Disconnect" button next to your connected Google account

  3. Confirm the disconnection in the popup dialog

  4. Existing Meet links will continue to work, but no new ones will be created automatically

  5. Disconnecting also revokes our access to your Google account; you can review it any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions
