Welcome to our Yoga Studio in Ericeira, a vibrant and energetic space fully equipped with all the props you need for a successful practice.

Our classes are rooted in the classical tradition of uniting the movement of body and breath with mindfulness. Whether you're a seasoned practitioner or a beginner, our experienced teachers will guide you through a practice that nourishes your body, mind, and spirit.

Morning Yoga Practices

Join us for morning yoga practices at Surf Yoga Ericeira Guest House's Yoga Studio, where we offer two dynamic and energizing classes to suit your needs: Hatha Yoga and Vinyasa Flow.

Hatha Yoga is a potent alignment-oriented practice that emphasizes the forms and actions within yoga postures. Traditional asanas are held in accurate alignment, with a focus on building core strength, flexibility, mobility, balance, and breath control. This class includes asana (yoga postures), pranayama (breathwork), meditation, and savasana (relaxation pose).

Vinyasa Flow synchronizes breath with movement in a dynamic and energetic class, awakening your strength, energy, and flexibility with a mindful and conscious breath. This class explores complex movements and sequences, including arm balances and inversions layered over solid foundations. You'll experience deeper backbends, hip openers, twists, and forward folds. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced practitioner, Vinyasa Flow is a great way to challenge yourself and deepen your practice.

Yin Yoga / Restorative Yoga
Evening Yoga Practices

In our Yin Yoga classes, you'll spend most of your time on the floor, using props to support your body as you hold poses for an extended period of time. This allows you to release tension and stress from your muscles and connective tissues that may be tight or overworked, promoting deep relaxation.

Long time in the postures (2- 5 min)
Nourishes joints, ligaments, tendons & fascia
Deep connection with your body and mind
Restorative Yoga uses props such as bolsters, straps, blocks, eye pillows and blankets to fully support the body, allowing it to open slowly and naturally with no effort.

Slow Movements
Breathing & Pranayama
Deep introspective class
Yoga Nidra Long guided meditations with strong emphasis on deep muscular relaxation and comfort that will calm and reset your entire body and mind to prepare you for complete relaxation.

Daily Schedule and Booking
At Surf Yoga Ericeira Yoga Studio, we offer yoga classes, each with a duration of 1.5 hours. Our classes are based on traditional Hatha Yoga teachings and are adapted to suit both morning and evening routines.

For the Autumn & Winter 2025 season we are having a reduced schedule of classes.

Monday Hatha - 6.30pm to 8pm
Wednesday Hatha - 6.30pm to 8pm
For the Spring & Summer 2026, this is our weekly schedule:

Monday Hatha - 6.30 to 8pm
Tuesday Hatha/Vinyasa - 8 to 9.30am
Wednesday Hatha - 6.30 to 8pm
Thursday Yin/Restorative - 8 to 9.30am
Friday Hatha/Vinyasa - 6.30 to 8pm
Saturday Hatha/Vinyasa - 8am to 9.30am
