Release & Rise - A Women's Workshop About Patriarchy

A space to connect, share and release outdated beliefs and stories.

CACAO CEREMONY • MEDITATION • HEKA LIVING LIGHT SESSION

This is your chance to come together with other women and share your experience with the patriarchy that is still very much ongoing in our society. We will start with a cacao ceremony and a sharing circle, then I will guide you through a meditation to release old beliefs that were born in the patriarchy and emotions that are attached to those. In the end I‘ll guide you into a Heka living light Session, with the intention to release even more in this space where you will feel safe and held.
