On 28th March, Gaenor (Yoga Tribe) and Tony (Good Vibrations) will be hosting a one day yoga workshop to celebrate Spring. This will be held at Eurocentral - beside the "Three Heads" off just off junction 6A off the M8 motorway in North Lanarkshire from 10am-4pm.
Looking ahead to Spring our morning agenda will include an exploration of Sun Sequence, a modified Ashtanga Half Primary Sequence and lovely Yin practice focusing on the Liver/ Gallbladder meridians.
After lunch, there will be a light-hearted discussion about yoga philosophy and how it applies us in the 21st century, before ending the day with some super-relaxing Restorative yoga (if you've not tried this, it's amazing!) and a wonderful sound bath with Tony.
The workshop costs £60 and includes drinks/ snacks throughout the and a light vegetarian lunch. Everyone is welcome, so why not join us for a day of yoga, community, fun and relaxation, to get you in the mood for Spring?
