My classes are an invitation to slow down. No rush, no performance, nothing to perfect, just breath, gentle movement and time to notice how you really feel. I love seeing people arrive from the day and leave a little softer and lighter.
I’ll be honest: I’m still working on the advanced poses, but my path into yoga was never only about them. It began with the simple feeling of finally arriving in my body after a busy day, and with finding tools that help me stay grounded on heavier ones. That carried me through my 200-hour teacher training in 2025, and I’ve kept studying and deepening my practice ever since. What I want to share is a kind, honest practice that meets you exactly where you are.
Off the mat, I work full time, so I know how loud and fast everyday life can be. That's exactly why slow moments matter so much to me. At the same time, I love trying new things and stepping out of my comfort zone, because that's where I grow. You'll find me walking by the lake or traveling the world, and I'm happiest sharing slow moments with family and friends.
Come as you are. I’m looking forward to meeting you on the mat.
