Beverley Nolan

Teacher, facilitator, therapist and author, Beverly Nolan adores to find new ways to think, feel and move through her body with experiential anatomy, somatic practices, and yoga. More than this, she adores sharing skills, practical guides, and creative inspiration with other curious people.

<For more than 35 years, I’ve been exploring the conversation between body, mind, and self, first through the practice of yoga, then deepening into the rich landscapes of experiential anatomy, developmental movement, and Authentic Movement.

Whether you're a yoga teacher wanting to bring more nuance to your work, a somatic coach or therapist exploring embodied approaches, or a curious practitioner reconnecting with your own embodied wisdom, my workshops and courses create space for you to slow down, pay attention, and find new ways to think, feel, and move through your body.>
