My yoga journey began 8 years ago, when chronic back pain, stiff hips and the physical effects of years of horseback riding brought me to my first yoga class. After 6 months of regular practice, my pain was gone. But what started as a way to heal my body became something much greater.
To me, yoga is one of the most extraordinary teachings I’ve ever discovered. It teaches us something we rarely learn anywhere else – how to truly feel, understand and connect with our own bodies. Through this awareness, we begin to discover parts of ourselves that were once hidden in our subconscious. It’s a lifelong journey, but one worth taking.
In 2026, I completed my 200-hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training at Yoga Union in Bali, deepening my understanding of both the physical practice and yoga philosophy.
Beyond the mat, I’m a curious soul who loves life, travelling, animals, deep conversations and the mysteries of our world. I’m always learning, questioning and exploring.
Sometimes gentle, sometimes a little cheeky, always direct – but above all, always myself.
