    Joceline Buchmeier

    Joceline Buchmeier

Hello. My name is Joceline, a woman with a deep curiosity for what it means to be human., and how we can grow and live fully. I work as a licensed psychotherapist and traumatherapist while also offering yoga, women's circles and breathwork sessions. All of my work is grounded in the belief that body, mind, and spirit are inseparable and that there are many threads weaving together to support us in becoming our whole colorful selves.
When I'm not reminiscing over the meaning of life, you'll find me moving my body in all different ways and directions - yoga, running, dancing, swimming - in nature, with friends, laughing, with a cat nearby and green tea in hand.
Breathwork drew me in from the start, simply for how many different experiences it opens up. Through my work with people in different stages of processing, I also noticed how helpful somatic practices and the breath can be to meet whatever life throws our way. I learned to be with those experiences, not only to understand them. It is an honor to now provide such spaces for others.
