Validity and expiry

-This gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. The expiry date is printed on the card or shown on the e-voucher.

-The treatment must be booked and received on or before the expiry date. Booking before the expiry date for an appointment after it is not accepted.

-Once expired, the card has no value. It cannot be extended, replaced, reinstated or refunded, except at the sole discretion of [Business Name] in exceptional circumstances.

-Please check the expiry date on receipt and book early, as appointments are subject to availability.

Purchase and redemption

-The card is redeemable only for treatments and products at FLOW wellness sanctuary, 29B Graham St, PA5 8QZ. It is not valid at any other business.

-Quote the gift card number or present the card or e-voucher when booking and again at your appointment.

-The card may be used for part of a treatment or product purchase. Any balance above the card's value is payable on the day.

-If the treatment costs less than the card's value, the remaining balance stays on the card until the expiry date. No change or cash is given.

-The card is not redeemable for cash, and is not a credit or payment card.

-Gift cards cannot be used to pay for gratuities, late cancellation fees or products sold by third parties, unless we agree otherwise.

-If a treatment is no longer offered or its price has risen, you may choose an alternative treatment of equal value or top up the difference.

Booking appointments

Appointments must be booked in advance. Appointments are subject to availability. We cannot guarantee a particular day, or time.

Cancellation, late arrival and no-shows

-Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

-If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, or do not attend, we may deduct 50% of the treatment price from the gift card balance. A no-show without notice may be charged at the full treatment price.

-If you arrive late, we will do our best to give you your full treatment. If this is not possible without affecting the next client, the treatment will be shortened to finish at the original time, and the full price still applies.

-If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may have to cancel the appointment, and may deduct 50% of the treatment price from the gift card balance.

-If we need to cancel or reschedule, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer an alternative time. If no suitable time is available before the expiry date, we will extend the card by a period reasonable to allow the booking.

Lost or stolen cards, refunds and transfers

-Please treat your gift card like cash. We cannot replace or refund a lost, stolen, damaged or expired card, or one that has been copied or altered.

-Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law.

-If you bought the card online or at a distance, you may cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided the card has not been used or booked against. To cancel, contact us at hello@flowsanctuary.co.uk and state your card number.

-The card may be given to or used by someone else. We may ask the holder to confirm the card number and the purchaser's name.

-Gift cards must not be resold or used for any commercial or promotional purpose without our written consent.
