Hatha Yoga is a potent alignment-oriented practice that emphasizes the forms and actions within yoga postures. Traditional asanas are held in accurate alignment, with a focus on building core strength, flexibility, mobility, balance, and breath control. This class includes asana (yoga postures), pranayama (breathwork), meditation, and savasana (relaxation pose).
Vinyasa Flow synchronizes breath with movement in a dynamic and energetic class, awakening your strength, energy, and flexibility with a mindful and conscious breath. This class explores complex movements and sequences, including arm balances and inversions layered over solid foundations. You'll experience deeper backbends, hip openers, twists, and forward folds. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced practitioner, Vinyasa Flow is a great way to challenge yourself and deepen your practice.
